Vacant Home Tax Drop-Ins (for those who aren’t able to declare online!) — Franklin Horner Community Centre

  • Franklin Horner Community Centre 432 Horner Avenue Toronto, ON, M8W 2B2 Canada (map)

Please share this invitation with your family and friends who aren’t able to go online to make their 2023 Vacant Home Tax declaration!

This year, my team will be hosting three drop-in sessions across the ward for Ward 3 residents who aren’t able to submit their Vacant Home Tax (VHT) declaration using the online portal. We heard from many residents last year who had a difficult time accessing the paper declaration forms, and we want to make sure the process is easy and smooth for everyone who's not able to use the online portal!

Please join my team at one of the scheduled drop-ins across the Ward:

Please bring your:

  • Assessment Roll Number (21-digit number found on your property tax statement)

  • Customer Number (6- to 9-digit number found on your property tax statement)

  • If applicable, documents required to show your Vacant Home Tax Exemption

The City of Toronto is also hosting sessions from 10am–3pm at the Etobicoke Civic Centre on February 6th and 8th, February 28th and 29th. Learn more here!
